EL PALMAR

This is a resort with 56 appartments that offers to its guests a real heaven of rest; located in one of the most priviledged areas of Playa del Ingles. Situated 100 meters from the beach, 50 meters from the beach promenade and 200 meters from the shopping center La Sandia and the shopping center Yumbo. These are 55 square meters one bed room appartments with a spacious balcony facing southwards so that maximum sun exposure is guaranteed. There is a large garden area as well as a variety of facilities like heated swimming pool, that guarentees a happy holiday time for all. The space and quiet atmosphere of this resort makes these appartments a fitting place for resting but also offers the possibility of enjoying teh different entertainment activieties as it is so close to the main amusement centers of the area. The reception is open 09.00 - 13.00 and 16.00 - 20.00 SWIMMING POOL Heated pooll in winter time and a large solarium with free sun beds. GARDENS The name El Palmar means palm tree grove, and so in its gardens there are palm trees and green grass that give a feeling of wide and relaxing spaces. ROOMS All appartments include a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed for children and the possibility of an extra bed for adults and /or a baby cot, a bathroom, kitchen, sitting-room and a spacious balcony. There is a reception, bed linen is changed once a week,towels twice a week and appartments are cleaned five days a week. TERRACE It has an area of 10 square meters,overlooking southwards,which guarantees a maximum time period of sun exposure. LOUNGE Spacious silling room fully equipped and with a pay satellite TV,with wide doors to the balcony which brings brightness to the room. KITCHEN Fully equipped with vitroceramic,fridge and electric coffee maker. BEDROOM Roomy bedroom with two single beds, a fitted wardrobe and safety box. With windows to guarantee airing and light.
