LOCATION

The hotel is situated in Playa de las Americas, directly at the beachside with direct beach access. The harbor of Puerto Colon and the biggest water park of Europa are only 5 minutes away.

FACILITIES

The hotel has 365 rooms divided over 11 floors. It offers a 24 hour reception, a buffet restaurant „Los Menceyes“ with show cooking and big terrace outside, a pool bar and the à la carte restaurant (outside) “El Mirador” with a wonderful view over the beach. In the chill out bar Sunset one can enjoy a cocktail on the Balinese beds. The hotel also offers a hair dresser.  In the garden landscape there are 3 big pools( one of them can be heated in winter), Jacuzzi, sun beds and sun shades (for free, pool towels against deposit).

Double rooms

These rooms offer a bathroom with bath and WC, hair dryer, telephone, rental deposit safe, mini bar (on request and against charge), LCD TV (with international channels and music channel), air conditioning and balcony. Can also be booked for single use. Sea view or pool view (lateral or frontal or also only pool view with double rooms sea view) can be booked against extra charge. As of summer 2016 Wi-Fi for free. Maximum occupancy 3 persons (no cot).

Privilege Service double rooms

Can be booked against extra charge for the double rooms. Personal check-in/check-out, late check-out on request, guest service, superior room with sea –or pool view, bathrobe, safe for free , slippers, daily newspaper, Nespresso coffee machine, I-pod docking station, election of pillows, pool towels, privilege lounge with newspapers, TV and internet, room cleaning 2x a day, price reduction in the Despacio Beauty Center (for facial treatments). Minibar and porter service.

Junior suites

Equipped as the double rooms, but with terrace, situated on the ground floor and with direct access to the pool/garden. Maximum occupancy 3 persons (no cot).  

Superior double rooms  

Equipped as the double rooms, but with frontal sea view. These rooms have a bathrobe and slippers, Nespresso coffee machine, election of pillows, election of VIP-cosmetics/body products, safe for free. Maximum occupancy 3 persons (no cot).
