In Los Gigantes, built directly above the sea. The beaches of Los Gigantes and Playa de la Arena are easily accessible with the official buses (1,8 km ). The nearest bus stop is about 400m distance. The small bay at Puerto Santiago can be reached by the promenade in about 600m.

The hotel has a small entrance hall with reception, 4 bars, a hairdresser, a beauty salon, an à la carte restaurant (against charge) and a buffet restaurant overlooking Los Gigantes. In front of the hotel there is a little shopping mall with shops, bars and restaurants. The spacious sun terrace with 3 lagoon-like swimming pools (1 can be heated in winter), a hydro-massage tub and a children's pool has sun beds (free of charge), parasols, a pool bar and a children's playground. Wi-Fi in the rooms and at the reception for free.( when higher speed requested against charge).

These rooms are bright and spacious, mostly located on the street side, and have a bath / shower / WC, large balcony or terrace, Satellite plasma.-TV , telephone, rental safe deposit, air conditioning, mini bar (extra charge and on request) . Extra bed for third person possible. Sea view can be booked against charge.

Maximum  occupancy 3 persons or 2+ 1 child or 2 adults + cot.

Single rooms

Double rooms for single use with sea view.

Superior double rooms

As the double rooms, but renovated and in the higher floors with sea view. Additionally  with coffee/tea maker, daily a bottle of water, a bathrobe, slippers and per stay 1 free entrance in the spa center.

Junior suites

As the double rooms, with sea view.  These rooms have a terrace or balcony with extra sun bed. Additionally coffee/tea maker, bath robe, slippers, daily a bottle of water and per stay 1 free entrance in the spa center. These rooms can whether be bigger and with an extra sleeping couch or they exists of a separate bedroom and a living room (separated by a door). Maximum occupancy 3 persons or 2+ 2 children or 2 adults +1 child + cot.

National alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:00-23:00 o´clock. All drinks and snacks not listed on the AI card need to be paid, for these drinks all inclusive guests receive a discount.
