LOCATION

Only 50m distance from the sandy beach „Playa del Duque“ and with a beautiful view to the sea. In the surroundings of the hotel there are a lot of shops and restaurants. Along the promenade it is only about 15 minutes walk to the center of Playa de las Americas.

FACILITIES

The elegant hotel, build in a Canarian colonial style, has 206 double rooms and 44 suites, a reception, bars, sitting rooms, specialty restaurants and Wi-Fi for free in the whole hotel. In the garden there are 2 salt water pools (one of them can be heated), a heated whirlpool, a pool bar, a separated children´s pool (salt water and heated), sun beds, pool towels and sun shades as an exit towards the promenade and the beach.

ACCOMMODATION

Double rooms

The double rooms (ca 45m2) are equipped with a canopy bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, mini bar (on reservation and against charge), Wi-Fi, safe for free, direct dialing telephone, couch, bathroom with hair dryer, separated bath tub, massage shower WC. All rooms have a furnished balcony or terrace . Lateral or direct sea view can be booked against extra charge. Single rooms = double rooms for single use. Sea view can be booked against extra charge. Minimum occupancy 1 adult – maximum occupancy 3 adults + cot or 2+2+cot.

Junior suites (only until 31.10.2014)

Equipped as the double rooms,about 60 m², additionally with sitting corner and Jacuzzi in the bathroom and with lateral sea view.

Senior suites

Equipped as the junior suites, about 80 m², additionally with separated bedroom, a Jacuzzi in the bathroom  and big terrace with sun beds and sea view. As of winter 2014/2015 these rooms will have land view. Sea view can be booked against extra charge. Minimum occupancy 1 adult – maximum occupancy  3 adults + cot or 2+2+cot.

Low cost rooms (only until 31.10.2014)

Equipped as the double rooms, not in a preferred location of the hotel situated and without any special view.

Double rooms for seniors (can be booked as of winter 2014/2015)

Equipped as the double rooms with lateral sea view. These rooms can only be booked for adults with minimum age of 55 years. Minimum/maximum occupancy 2 adults.

BOARD

Only accommodation with breakfast or half board.

Breakfast and dinner at the buffet. For dinner appropriate clothing is requested. Twice a week dinner in the à la carte restaurant possible (against charge).

Half board Deluxe  

Late check-out according availability, daily 1 free entrance in the Spa area (minimum age 12 years) and 10 % reduction on treatments in the Spa "Vitanova". On request guests receive daily 1 newspaper in the room, coffee and pastry from 16.00 until 18.00 o´clock at the pool bar.  1x a stay dinner in the à-la-carte-restaurant inclusive (against pre-reservation and drinks against charge).
