LOCATION

Apartment complex, situated above Costa Adeje. The beach can be reached in 1 km, with the free shuttle of the hotel (daily, except on Sundays. Thursday and Saturday there is no return ride to the hotel).

FACILITIES

The hotel has 195 apartments situated around the pool and divided over different levels. There are 2 pools (1 of them can be heated) and  children´s pools, a reception, a bar saloon (only open in winter), a restaurant, a pool bar, an internet corner against charge and Wi-Fi for free in the hotel. The sun beds and shades are for free.

Apartments

Living room with sleeping couch, a big balcony or terrace, mini fridge (for free, empty), satellite TV, German channels for free), rental safe deposit, air conditioning (central system), telephone, bath or shower, WC, hair dryer and a separated bedroom. Can also be booked for single use. Wi-Fi for free.

As of summer 2014  renovated apartments can be booked with extra charge : (without kitchenette) with microwave, water cooker and fridge, also for single use possible. Minimum occupancy 2 persons – maximum occupancy 4 persons + cot or 2+2+cot. With single occupation : maximum 1 person + 2 children + cot.

Superior apartments

Equipped as the apartments, bit bigger and situated in the upper floors. With jacuzzi  and a bigger balcony or terrace with sun beds.

As of summer 2014 renovated superior apartments can be booked against extra charge :(without kitchenette) but with microwave, water cooker and fridge. Minimum occupancy 2 persons – maximum occupancy 4 persons + cot or 2+2+cot.

Low cost apartments  (only until 30.04.15)

Equipped as the standard apartments, but situated down floors and without view.  Minimum occupancy 2 persons – maximum occupancy 4 persons + cot or 2+2+cot.

Premium family rooms (as of winter 2015) These rooms are situated down floors and are bigger. They have a bedroom, a living room with sleeping couch, a separate bathroom with hair dryer and beauty products. The rooms have a terrace with an outside whirl pool and furniture (chairs, table and 2 sun beds). All premium family rooms have satellite TV, air conditioning, water cooker, rental safe deposit, free Wlan and 24-hour reception. Minimum occupancy 3 adults or 2+2+cot or maximum 4 adults +cot.

Premium Superior rooms (as of winter 2015)Located in the upper floor, spacy with a double bedroom, a living room with sleeping couch, separated bathroom fully decorated with hair dryer and beauty products. These rooms have a wonderful terrace with an outside whirl pool and furniture (chairs, table, 2 sun beds). All premium superior rooms have a satellite TV, air conditioning, water cooker, rental safe deposit, free Wlan, fridge and reception service around the clock. Maximum occupancy 4 adults + cot or 2+2+cot.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet. Different local and non-alcoholic drinks (11:00-23:00 o´clock), snacks (11:00-12:30 and 15:00-17:00 o´clock), coffee/tea with pastry and cake (17:00-18:00 o´clock). The meals are being taken in 2 shifts : 19:00 and at  20:30 o’clock. Times can be changed according to season.
