LOCATION

This hotel is situated in Playa de las Americas, directly at the seaside. One can access the promenade directly from the hotel garden. The next sandy bay can be reached in 5 walking minutes.

FACILITIES

The hotel has been renovated in June 2011, has 485 rooms and has an entrance hall, a piano bar,a new sports bar, a reception, elevators, a buffet restaurant, a bar/restaurant Mencey (for AI-clients a little buffet is available), a hair dresser, a subtropical garden. In the garden you will find 2 fresh water pools (one of them can be heated in winter), a separated children´s pool, sun terraces with sun beds (pool towels against deposit, change of towels against charge). Since the renovation in June 2011 the hotel owns also a new à la carte restaurant “La Vita é bella” and a new Teppanyaki Restaurant “Sakura” (both included in All inclusive 1x a week) and a new cafeteria “Mike´s Coffee”. As of May 2015 a new à la carte Teppanyaki restaurant “Sakura” (1x a week included in all inclusive).Wi-Fi for free in the whole hotel, internet corner against charge.

Double rooms

The double rooms are equipped with bath/shower/WC, telephone, air conditioning, rental safe deposit, satellite TV, Wi-Fi for free, furnished balcony or terrace. All rooms have a mini bar (empty upon arrival, filling on request and against charge). Rooms with lateral sea view or pool view can be booked against extra charge. Maximum occupancy 3 adults or 2+1 or 2+cot.

Junior suites

Bigger as the double rooms, living –and bedroom are optical separated. These rooms have garden -/pool view and terrace or with lateral sea -and garden view. Minimum occupancy 2 persons – maximum occupancy 3 persons or 2+2 or 2+1+cot.

Single rooms

Double rooms for single use. Minimum/maximum occupancy 1 person.Can also be booked in summer with lateral sea –or pool view.

Double rooms Privilege Service

As of winter 2014-15 these rooms have a Nespresso coffee machine. Maximum occupancy 3 adults or 2+1 or 2+cot.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet. Hot and cold buffet with show-cooking. National and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:00 until 24:00 o´clock according to the all inclusive card. Late breakfast/brunch from  10:30 until 12:30 o´clock. Warm and cold snacks from 13:00 until 15:00 o´clock.

1 x a week (7 days) dinner at the Italian restaurant „La Vita e Bella“ and the Japanese Restaurant “Sakura” for free (upon availability and with pre-reservation). The times given can be changed on a short term in the hotel.
Wearing a bracelet is obligatory to enjoy the all inclusive services. With dinner appropriate clothing is requested. (for gentlemen long trousers).

The new restaurant „La Vita é Bella“ and “Sakura” and lunch à la carte in the Bar/Restaurant Mencey (at the pool) are not included in all inclusive.
