This hotel has a garden area, was renovated in 2001, is composed of several buildings located over three floors with a total of 120 apartments and facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, safe, currency exchange facility, a doctor, coin-operated laundry, TV room, a kids club (for children aged between 4 and 8 years old), a junior club (for children aged between 9 and 12), a youth club (ages 13 to 16), 2 playgrounds, parking and a garage for an additional fee.  There is a bottle warmer and baby bath thermometer available and, with regards to gastronomy, the hotel has a piano bar and a restaurant with highchairs for children.  Guests may also use the Internet terminal, laundry service and the medical service.  All inclusive hours: Main restaurant: breakfast 07:30-10:30, lunch 13:00-15:30, and 18:00-21:30 for the evening meal. La Choza (hut bar): 10:00-18:00, late breakfast is available from 10:30-12:30, light lunch service 12:30-15:30 (international buffet lunch in the main restaurant), afternoon snacks available at the Bar Rio 15:30-18:00, 18:00-24:00 for all inclusive.  Drinks list available.  The aparthotel is situated on a main road in the tourist centre of Costa Teguise.  In the vicinity are a large variety of shops, bars and restaurants, the beach is 150m away and the city centre just 500m away. The apartments comprise an en-suite bathroom with shower, direct dial telephone and satellite TV and also a separate bedroom, an american kitchen with a fridge, stove, carpeting, hire safe and a furnished balcony or terrace.  There are 2 swimming pools (one heated), an integrated children's pool, a baby pool, a snack bar, a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, mats and towels (these last two at an additional fee).  There is also an activity program of aerobics, water aerobics, windsurfing, archery, table tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, billiards, bocce, darts, pool games and water polo.  There also features a bowling alley, a sports field, bicycles and mountain bikes with chair, a gym and two tennis courts with lighting and also an entertainment program for both adults and children is offered as is a golf course about 3 km away.  All the meals are offered as a buffet and for children a child buffet is available along with Dietary and vegetarian dishes.  The choice to book as half board is available.
