This hotel has 407 rooms, an entrance hall with a lift, a reception area open 24 hours a day (offering safe hire, money changing), a hairdressers, a shop, a television room, a conference room, a bar and a club.  also offered by the hotel are a laundry service, doctors service and internet access.

There is a children´s play area, parking spaces and bicycle hire out side the building.

This hotel is situated in the traditional fishing village, Playa Blanca, on the south coast of Lanzarote, and is very close to the sea (approx. 250m away) and is separated from the beach by  just one road.

Near to the hotel, in a radius of approx. 500m, can be found shops and commercial areas. 500 m away from the hotel there is a bus stop.

The rooms have got a bathroom with hairdryer, balcony and telephone as well as a television, air conditioning and a safe (to hire).

In the large garden areas, there are 2 swimming pools (both heated in winter), sun loungers and parasols, and a bar. There is daily entertainment which includes the opportunity to play various sports, like archery, tennis, table tennis, pool and  mini golf. There is also a gym which guests can use as well as aerobics classes and mini club for the children.
