The hotel is situated in Puerto Santiago, the beach Playa La Arena is about 1 km distance and Los Gigantes about 2km. Close to the hotels you will find an official bus stop and a shopping center with shops, restaurants and bars.

The hotel has 372 units divided over 4 floors. It offers a small entrance hall, a reception and sitting corner, 7 elevators, 2 buffet restaurants (main buffet restaurant and an Italian restaurant), a bar and a sitting room. Outside you will find a garden area with in total 5 pools (2 children´s pools and 3 pools for adults (one of them can be heated)), a Jacuzzi, a pool-/snack bar, a covered sun terrace, a grill pool-barbeque, a sun terrace with sun beds and sun shades inclusive.

Studios

For 1-2 persons : friendly decorated with a living-/bedroom, a kitchenette, toaster and water cooker, microwave, satellite TV (for free, remote control against deposit), direct dialing telephone, rental safe deposit, bath/WC, balcony or terrace. Can also be booked for single use. Maximum occupancy 2 adults + cot.

Apartments

For 2-4 persons : equipped as the studios, but with an extra bed room. Maximum occupancy 3+1+cot or 2+2+cot. Can be booked with 2 bed rooms against extra charge (minimum of 4 persons full payers). Maximum occupancy 5+1 or 4+2+cot or 3+3+cot.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet. Snacks from 11.00 until 18.00 o´clock, coffee/tea, pastry, biscuits from 16.00 until 18.00 o´clock. Drinks All inclusive : water, soft drinks, beer, house wine to the meals and additionally local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, wine and sangria from 10:00 until 24:00 o´clock at the different bars. For children ice cream in the restaurant and ice lollipops at the bar.

Sports inclusive: for adults: water polo, tennis, archery, bocce and table tennis.

For children : animation during the day and in the evening, mini disco, make up, tshirt painting, table games, water games.
