TROPICAL PARK

LOCATION
On the west coast in a little village called Callao Salvaje, situated between Los Cristianos and the rocky coast of Los Gigantes. The hotel is about 150 m from the beach and 25 minutes from the airport Reina Sofía. Playa de las Americas and Los Gigantes are in about. 15 km distance ( an official bus line close to the hotel).

Some restaurants, bars, shops as well as a beautiful bathing bay can be reached in a few minutes.

FACILITIES

Tropical Park is a complex with a total of 163 high standard apartments.

The hotel offers a 24-hour reception, an internet corner, Wi-Fi (against charge), laundry (self-service and against charge), a supermarket, a bar and a restaurant.  

Outside there are  2 swimming pools (both with integrated children´s pool) surrounded by a big sun terrace with garden and a children´s playground. Sun beds for free ; sun shades and pool towels against charge.

Apartments

The apartments are equipped with a living room and a separated bedroom (2 single beds in the bedroom and a sleeping couch in the living area), flat screen satellite TV, rental safe deposit, direct dialling telephone and a fan in the living area and in the bedroom.

All apartments have a complete equipped kitchen with oven (4 cooking plates), fridge, microwave, mixer, electric coffee machine, electric water cooker, kitchen utensils, cutlery, glasses etc. for 4 persons. Also an iron with iron table at the disposal of the guests. The apartments have a furnished terrace.

Apartments with connecting door, ideal for families (on request).

Can also be booked for single use (only with board possible).Maximum occupancy 4 adults (no cot possible with maximum occupancy).
