LOCATION

Directly at the pedestrian zone of Playa de las Americas. The sea is in about 150 m distance, the next beach about 5 minutes´walk. In the surroundings there is a shopping center, bars, restaurants, shops and a taxi rank.

FACILITIES

The hotel has 282 rooms divided over 4 floors. The building is constructed in a U-form and offers a reception, a sitting area, a hall bar, a non-smoking restaurant, 2 conference rooms, an internet corner and a hair dryer. Outside there is a garden with a pool and separated children´s pool (both of them can be heated). Around the pools there are sun beds and sun shades and a pool bar (pool towel service against charge and deposit). The hotel also offers a wellness center and children´s play park. Internet WI-Fi against charge, but also a free Wi-Fi area at disposal.

ACCOMMODATION

Double rooms standard

These spacious rooms (about 36m2, without terrace or balcony) are equipped with air conditioning, direct dialing telephone, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe deposit, mini bar (against charge), 2 single beds or 1 double bed, a sleeping couch (1.40m x1.85m) with an occupation of 3+1 or 2+2 or 3 adults. Complete bathroom with hair dryer and terrace or balcony. These rooms can also be booked for single use. Minimum occupancy 2 persons – maximum occupancy 3 persons or 2+2 (no cot possible with maximum occupancy.)

Club-Alexandre rooms / superior double rooms

Equipped as the double rooms. Additionally with pool view and the clients receive 1x a day a free entrance in the spa (minimum 16 years). In the bathroom there are extra exclusive articles for body treatment, a bath robe and slippers. Can also be booked for single use. Clients receive a little amenity upon arrival. As of Winter 15/16 a coffee machine and water cooker in the room. Minimum occupancy 2 persons – maximum occupancy 3 persons or 2+2 (no cot possible with maximum occupancy.)

BOARD

Breakfast, half board, full board

All meals at the buffet with show-cooking and several times a week theme evenings (Italian, Mexican, Oriental, Canarian, Spanish kitchen). With half board the dinner can be exchanged for lunch. One time a week grill evening.

Full board : additional lunch.

ENTERTAINMENT

Regular animation program. Shows and live-music in the evening. Entertainment park “Magic Park” only for hotel guests and children with the following against charge : table soccer, billiards, electronic games for every age, bowling etc.

CHILDREN´S PROGRAM

Playground, Mini club „Magic Park“ (4-9 years) : separate area in the park for children with guidance of the animation team (only in escort of one adult), slides, ball pool, table games, painting and theater.
