The completely renovated  quiet situated apartment resort is about 900m distance from the beach and the center. Close to the resort there are a lot of shops and restaurants.

FACILITIES

The accommodation has been totally renovated in 2014 and has in total 146 apartments/suites divided over 4-5 floors and is the ideal place for families and clients searching for a quiet place. It offers a reception, a buffet restaurant with terrace and show cooking, a little supermarket,6 elevators, an internet corner against charge and Wi-Fi (against charge) in the whole complex and in the living units..

In the garden there is a fresh water pool (can be heated in winter) with a separated children´s pool, a renovated sun terrace with new sun beds and sun shades and a renovated pool-/snack bar.

Suites

Big apartments/suites, friendly equipped with a separated bedroom, living room, kitchenette (with fridge, 2 cooking plates,  toaster, water cooker and coffee machine), rental safe deposit, satellite TV (flat screen -for free- no German channels), direct dialing telephone, bathroom with modern shower and furnished balcony or terrace. Almost all apartments have pool –or garden view. Maximum occupancy 3 adults +child + cot or 2+2.

Breakfast and dinner at the buffet.

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet (in case of low occupancy in the hotel, guests are being informed in the hotel and a traditional lunch is being served). The lunch can be exchanged for a picnic (with pre-reservation). Wine of the house, soft drinks, national beer and water are inclusive during the meals

11:00-22:30 o´clock local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (except Espresso). From  15:00 -16:00 o´clock ice cream for children and little snacks from 11:00 -12:00 o´clock, as well as from 16:30 -17:30 o´clock and from 21:30 -22:30 o´clock. (due to organisation reasons these times can be changed) . AI service starts at arrival day at 12:00 o´clock and ends at the departure date at 12:00 o´clock .
