Situated directly over the yacht port of Puerto Colon, only a few minutes’ walk from the swimming bay and the promenade. The center of Playa de las Americas and the beach “Troya” can be reached in 15 minutes.

The apartment complex, partly with view to the ocean, has a total of 255 units, divided over 6 floors, an entrance hall with reception (Wi-Fi for free at the reception area- internet corner against charge), sitting corners, 3 elevators, playing –and reading room. Outside you will find the pool landscape (2 pools, one of them can be heated in winter) with an integrated children´s pool, sun terrace with sun beds, sun shades (against deposit), (mattresses and pool towels against charge) and a pool-/snack bar with sitting corner. Laundry service in the hotel(self service, against charge).
