SITUATION

The hotel is only 150m from the sandy beach away (to be reached just crossing the street) and is situated in the center of Playa de las Americas. The party zone “Veronicas” with a lot of pubs, discos, shops and bars is close to the hotel.

FACILITIES

This elegant hotel consists of 2 buildings of each 3 floors and a total of 308 rooms. It offers, divided over 2 floors, a reception, elevators, a hair dresser, beverage vending machines, a souvenir shop and a dance floor. Wi-Fi area in the television room for free and in the rooms against charge. There is of course also a big restaurant and a big conference room. Outside you will find a big garden landscape with 2 swimming pools (one of them can be heated) with separate children’s pool (can also be heated), sun terraces with sun beds and sun shades (mattresses and pool towels against charge) and a pool -/snack bar with chill out terrace.

ACCOMMODATION

Double rooms

Comfortable rooms (about 30m2) with air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV (flat screen), rental safe deposit, mini bar (against charge), bath/WC with hairdryer and balcony or terrace. These rooms are situated on the outsides of the hotel (land view). Sea view (might be lateral)can be booked against extra charge and only until 01.11.16. Can also be booked for single use + child with or without sea view. Minimum occupancy 2 adults – maximum occupancy 3 or 2+1 child.

Single rooms : double rooms for single use. Sea view can be booked against extra charge.

Superior double rooms (Club Alexandre)

As the double rooms, additionally with sea view (can be lateral), flat screen TV, slippers, bathrobe, amenities in the bathroom, a bottle of wine in the room upon arrival. The guests (as of 16 years) can use the sauna once a day and at the same time make use of the indoor swimming pool. Can also be booked for single use. Minimum occupancy 2 adults – maximum occupancy 3 or 2+1 child.

All meals are at the buffet with theme buffets for dinner.

Main course from the buffet and show cooking.  There is the possibility to exchange the dinner for lunch (also buffet).

Coffee and cake in the afternoon and drinks (1/2 l of water and ¼ l of wine or 1 beer or 1 soft drink) inclusive at dinner.

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet. Different cold and hot snacks from 16.00-18.00 o´clock, also cake and ice cream from 16.00-16.30 o´clock. AI-drinks are soft drinks, juices, water, national beer and wine, coffee and tea from 10.30-23.00 o´clock at the bars. From 18.00-23.00 o´clock additionally national liquors.

AI guests need to identify themselves with their room card and dispose of a fridge in the room.

Occasionally dance, live music, folklore evenings and shows in the evening. During the day sometimes sport animation. Internet access at the reception (against charge)
