At the coast side of Santiago del Teide. Behind the hotel the impressive rocky coast of Los Gigantes. In front of the hotel there is a volcanic black beach

FACILITIES

Comfortable and tasteful hotel with 432 rooms, divided over 8 floors, an entrance hall with reception, elevators, conference rooms for about 400 persons, a restaurant, several bars, sports bar (against charge), a hair dresser. Outside you will find 2 fresh water pools (one of them can be heated in winter), sun terraces with sun beds, sun shades. Drinks, snacks and hot dishes at the pool bar. For the little ones there is a separate children´s pool.(with water slide). As of 15.07.16 a new à la carte restaurant will be opened “Mylos” with Mediterranean kitchen, 1x a week diner included.

ACCOMMODATION

Double rooms

Modern equipped rooms with bath/WC, separated shower, hair dryer, direct dialing telephone, central controlled air conditioning, mini bar (against charge), satellite TV, rental safe deposit, and balcony. Sea view can be booked against extra charge. (Important : the sea view rooms are smaller than the standard double rooms, about 2m2 and renovated). Lateral sea view can be booked in the upper floors. As of 01.07.16 all rooms will be renovated. Minimum occupancy 2 persons – maximum occupancy 3 persons + cot or 2+1+cot.

Single rooms

Double rooms for single use. Sea view can be booked against extra charge. Minimum/maximum occupancy 1 adult / 1 adult + cot.  .

Family rooms

Equipped as the double rooms, but bigger, with extra sleeping couch and located at the side of the hotel with view to the mountains. Minimum/maximum occupancy 2+2 (no cot).  

Double rooms adults club

These rooms are renovated and are equipped as the standard double rooms with sea view, in the upper floors, with docking station, Wi-Fi for free, bathrobe and slippers, menu of pillows, mini bar with welcome package (once) with water, wine, beer, juices and soft drinks and a Espresso machine with welcome package (tea, coffee, milk and sugar). In the restaurant as well as at the pool there is an exclusive area for adults club clients, late check out (on request and on availability). Exclusive access to the VIP Lounge with Espresso Machine, Wi-Fi for free, premium drinks, daily news paper, snacks and sandwiches.

BOARD

All inclusive

Breakfast, lunch  and dinner at the buffet. Gentlemen are requested to wear long pants and shirts for dinner.

Show cooking and theme evenings. Snacks from 10.30-18.00 o´clock. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according the all inclusive card from 10.00-24.00 o´clock at the different bars. (according opening hours). As of July 2016 the diner can be taken once a week in the à la carte restaurant “Mylos” (Mediterranean kitchen)

During the day and in the evening entertainment with competitions, sports, shows, dance, live music and disco.

Bocce, mini golf, table tennis, fitness room, shuffle board. Mini club for children from 4-12 years., Mini disco, Teenager room (12-16 years).
