      Built in 1932 on the initiative of Lord Veerburgh, a Belgian citizen in love with the beauty of Cala d'Or. The original building consisted of only one building and had 9 rooms and during the conflict in 1936, became barracks housing the officers who served in the batteries installed in the old Arab fort at the entrance to Cala Llonga. Today, the hotel has 95 rooms equipped with satellite TV, Internet and air conditioning. It also has a bar, restaurant and pool.
