MARIBEL APARTMENTS

The 2 key Maribel Apartments are situated around 50 metres from the sea front promenade, in the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen on the southern east coast of Lanzarote. The apartments are approximately 12km south of the capital Arrecife, 8km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The modern low rise Maribel complex has a total of 27 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, which are distributed between 2 two storey buildings, and set amidst almost 500m of sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area. All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with an integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
