In Costa Adeje, separated from the sea by the promenade. The next sandy beach "Playa del Duque" is in about 50m distance. A lot of entertainment and shopping possibilities  and an official bus stop just some minutes ´walk away.

FACILITIES

This family friendly resort has 242 living units, which are divided over 6 floors. In the garden you will find the pool landscape (can be heated) with free sun beds (mattresses against charge), separate children´s pool and pool-/snack bar. This accommodation has a reception, 3 elevators, a play –and reading room and a private parking.

Studios

The studios have a combined living-/sleeping room with sleeping couch for the 3rd person, a kitchenette, a fridge, bath/shower, toilet, hair dryer, balcony or terrace, direct dialing telephone, iron (against deposit), satellite TV, ceiling fan and a rental deposit safe  and have sea view . Maximum occupancy 2 adults + 1 child or 2+ cot. (3 adults not possible).  

Apartments

Equipped as the studios, but have additionally a separate bedroom. Sea view can be booked against extra charge. Maximum occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children +cot.(3 adults  +1 child not possible).

BOARD

Without board or half board

Half board : breakfast and dinner at the buffet of the hotel H10 Costa Adeje Palace (about 10 minutes ‘walk) .

SPORTS AGAINST CHARGE

Billiards, table tennis, water sport possibilities at the beach. The Golf course „Costa Adeje“ is about 3km distance.
