The luxury resort is in the south of Tenerife, directly at the Atlantic Ocean with a wonderful view on the island La Gomera. The little fishing town Alcala is in about 200m distance, Los Gigantes about 5 km and Costa Adeje about 20km. Since 2014 the hotel is an Earth Check Hotel. The hotel has a beach and a natural sea water pool.

FACILITIES

The resort has 3 buildings with a total of 579 rooms ; the heart of the resort is a  3000 m² big place with luxury chill out furniture. In the tropical garden there is the main pool (sea water) which is made as a sea. This pool has a Jacuzzi, water beds and 2 integrated hydro therapy systems and is with the surface of 5000m2 and 260m of longitude the biggest sea water pool in Europe.

Sun beds with mattresses and pool towels for free. There are 3 other pools (2 of them for only adults in the Red Level area), a family pool, 1 children´s pool and 1 baby pool.

The hotel offers 6 bars, 1 buffet restaurant (with outside terrace “Dama de noche”, 2 areas, 1 only to be used by persons over 13 years ), and 6 à la carte specialty restaurants (opening times according season).

The  à-la-carte restaurants: „Market Grill“ (grilled meat specialties and fish), Oasis Pool Grill (Spanish specialties), Club Ocean (Italian cuisine, reservation necessary) and Pangea Buffet with show cooking are inclusive with half board or full board plus.

Deluxe double rooms with lateral sea view

Spacious rooms (about 48qm), tasteful and noble with furniture of mahagoni and stone flooring. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV with flat screen, I-Pod Docking station, mini bar (against charge), free safe deposit, internet access, sleeping couch for the 3^rd person, bathroom with cosmetic products, separated shower and separated toilet. Furnished balcony or terrace with lateral sea view. Can also be booked for single use. Frontal sea view can be booked with extra charge.

Maximum occupancy 3 adults or 2+2 (also 2+1). No cot with max.occupancy -3^rd person on sleeping couch.

Master suite 1 bedroom

Equipped as the double rooms, additionally with separated living room with sleeping couch, eating table, couch, 2 flat screen TV´s, mini fridge, coffee –and tea cooker (for free), whirlpool in the bath tub and balcony or terrace. The rooms only have garden view and lateral sea view can be booked with extra charge. Maximum occupancy 3 persons + cot or 2+2 (also 2+1) – no cot.

Deluxe double rooms with garden / resort view

As the deluxe double rooms, but with garden -/resort view. No sea view. Can also be booked for single use. Maximum occupancy 3 adults or 2+2 (also 2+1). No cot with max.occupancy -3^rd person on sleeping couch.

Club Ocean (Italian kitchen), Oasis Pool Restaurant (Spanish and Mediterranean kitchen) and Market Grill (Fish and meat from the grill, salad bar).

ENTERTAINMENT

Activities during the day. Daily entertainment in the evening with shows and live music. Disco. Against charge other activities are being offered such as Sushi course, wine degustation, preparing cocktails, massages, dancing lessons.

CHILDREN´S PROGRAM

Big area for the children with a pirate ship, slides and water play equipments, mini club (3-12 years), play ground. Special workshops such as painting, cooking, constructing.

According the season: baby sitter service on request and against charge. Cots against charge (obligatory).

SPORTS INCLUSIVE

Table tennis, archery etc. The fitness center equipped with modern machinery and there are different sport courses (spinning, yoga, Pilates, Thai-Chi, water gym, meditation).

NOTE

Wheel chair accessible hotel with 5 wheel chair adapted rooms (with roll in shower and bath tub) always on request.

 Honeymooner receive upon arrival (minimum stay 5 days and as remark „Honeymooner“ in the booking) 1 bottle of sprinkle wine and fruit, as well as an upgrade in a superior room (when available) and a romantic dinner for 2 persons (drinks not included)- they need to present the marriage certificate which cannot be older than 2 months.

Attention : in all double rooms the maximum occupancy is 2+2 or 2+cot and in the master suites 2+2 o 2+2+cot.

A sleeping couch and a cot can not be put together in a room due to too less space. babies pay 25,- Euro a day (cot inclusive)
