The complex is about 800m distance from the beach „Troya“, 900m from the beach „Las Vistas“, 50m from the center and about 100m from a supermarket, bars and restaurants. The airport south is about 20 minutes´drive.

FACILITIES

The complex which has been newly decorated offers a tasteful, modern design with in total 93 units divided over 6 floors and 2 elevators. Inside there is a lounge-area with bar  in “retro style”. Outside a  terrace with little chill out corner with view to the pool. The pool also has been renovated and has a sun terrace with free sun beds and –shades.

ACCOMMODATION

Studios

All units have a roof ventilator, flat screen television with a few German programs, Wi-Fi against charge and rental safe deposit. In the bathroom there is a big and modern shower and the kitchenette has 2 cooking plates, micro wave, fridge, toaster, water cooker and a coffee machine. All studios have a furnished balcony. Sea view (in the upper floor) or pool view can be booked against extra charge. Minimum 1 Person – maximum 2 persons (no cot possible).

Apartments (as of summer 2015)

Equipped as the studios, but with a separated bedroom. The roof ventilator is only in the living room. Can also be booked with a private garden terrace (with extra charge). Minimum occupancy 1 person – maximum occupancy 3 adults.
