Situated an-route to Guayadeque although the house is actually within the municipality of Ingenio, the town of Ingenio itself being approximately 1.5 kms away. Here there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a chemist and doctor. The nearest Beach is at Arinaga, 13 kms and the capital city of Las Palmas, to the north, and Playa del Ingles, to the south, both at a distance of 30 km. To the airport 10 km. I the village Ingenio is also famous for his canarian art like manuel work, stone museum, two baker shops with two more than 200 hundres years old stone ovens, cheese production of goat- and sheepmilk, the curch „La Candelaria“ of the 16 th centruy and arable land of sugar cane. ACCOMODATION: The house is reached via a driveway with large wood an iron gates which serves as parking erea. The house has a front terracce overlooking the countryside with sun lounges, barbecue and a Jacuzzi – sized splash pool. Immediately inside the house is a living / dinning oom with an antique stone fireplace (electrically operated), sofa, armachairs and T.V. (only spanisch canels). On the far side is a dinning and living area and doors leading onto an attractive covered terrace where you can sit and enjoy breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. There is also a small sone – laid patio outside the kitchen wit a table and charis for breakfastin al-fresco. Leading directly from the livin / dinning room are two bedrooms, one twin and double. There is als a bathroom with full bathtub. The kitchen is full equipment wiht a fridge, elektric hotplate, sink unit, coffee-maker, toaster and a ktichen bar with two stools.
