LOCATION: In the middle of a winegrowing area and wildlife park from La Geria, southwest from the island. To the next village Uga and Yaiza is around 4 – 5 Km. There you can find a small quiet restaurant, bar and a supermarket, also there is a cabine box. To the beach from Puerto del Carmen aprox. 8 Km and to the National Park Timanfaya around 12 Km. ACCOMODATION: Typical farmhouse in island style which covers about 20,000 square meters big winegrowing area with wine tendril, peach, fig-, almond-, avocado- and papayatree. Around this area you can find same wine-cellars with the famous wine from Lanzarote „Malvasia wine“. The farmhouse has two units. One house is for 2 – 4 person. And the studio is for 1 – 2 person, which has an own entrance trough the terrace. It is possible to reserve the two units for 6 person. The house has his own solar cell.Entering the house you are in the inner courtyard. From there you can go to a big terrace with a little swimmingpool, where you have a beautiful view of the landscape with his wine tendril. Once you are inside the house there are two sleeping rooms and one bath room. From the main entrance you go directly to the living room with a chimney, ruble-work sofa, a big table with chairs and glass cupboard. Next to the living room you will find the open kitchen with a bar with easy-chair, fridge, a 3-ring gasstove and a oven. The studio has his only own entrance from the terrace that is located a little bit above from the main house. The has is own terrace with furnitures. From the terrace you go directly to the sleeping/living room there are separated without any door with two separate beds, and a kitchenette with fridge, a 2-ring gasstove, table with chairs, sofa and a coffe table. Inside the studio there is a one gas-fire. OCCUPATION: main house 2 bedrooms – sleeeps 4: OCCUPATION: studio 1 bedroom – sleep 2: SERVICE: Cleaning when entering and leaving the finca. Changing of the towels and the bedcloth once a week.
