Location:
Located in the Southwest Side of the Island, in the small, peaceful and friendly village of LOS QUEMADOS. From here you will enjoy a wonderful view to the sea and spectacular Volcanoes.

The town of FUENCALIENTE /LOS CANARIOS is about 5 km away, and it lays about 400m above sea level ; the next beaches “Playa chica“ and Playa Zamora” are about 8 km away to the west , and the “Faro” (lighthouse) with its nice fish restaurant and small beach is about 10 km away

The Apartments Colon are built in a typical canarian style, situated in the middle of a beautiful garden with swimming pool. It has a private parking lot from which you reach the garden with the pool.

The two volcanoes SAN ANTONIO and TENEGUIA, which is the youngest volcano of the island, and their visitors centre are close by, and you can do some beautiful hiking to both of them.

Beautiful terrace with seaview from which you reach the living room and kitchen.

The living room is simple , neat and very nicely furnished with a dining table with 3 chairs, sofa + table, arm chair , and SAT-TV.

The kitchen is integrated in the living area and has a big fridge , electrical stove (2 plates) , frying pan , dishes and glasses etc, coffeemaker and toaster

The bedrrom has 2 single beds, the bathroom with a shower and bathtub .

Bungalow 2 bedrooms (ca.70 m2) (MAX: 4 adults.)

Same as the Bungalow with one bedroom, but 2 separate bedrooms with 2 single beds in each one.

Aptm 1 bedroom (ca. 50m2), max 2 adults & Aptm 2 bedrooms, max 4 adults

All Apartments are tastefully and homely furnished , they have a kitchenette with coffeemaker, toaster, fridge, SAT TV , the bathroom either with shower or bathtub, the bedroom with single or double beds, a terrace or balcony.
