address: Cueva del Viento Icod de los Vinos Tenerife situation: The finca BREVERITAS is situated about 8 km above the beautiful and historical town of ICOD DE LOS VINOS. It is a rural and private property of about 3000 m2 in total. It was renovated completely and restored in the way that the typical and beautiful canarian style was contained. The finca is about 150 years old and has 3 apartments: Casa La Bodega: This apartment (ca. 55m2) consists of 2 floors. Downstairs you find the kitchen, a dining area with open chimney. In the floor above you have the bedroom with a double bed (ca. 1.40 X 1.90), a bathroom as well as a sitting area. To this apartment also belongs a little garden. Casa los Pajaros: This apartment (ca. 35m2) has a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (ca. 1.60 x 2.00) . To this apartment belongs a terrace and a little courtyard where the clients can enjoy the nature. Casa los Perros: This apartment (ca. 30m2 ) consists of a big combined living-and bedroom (double bed= 1.80 x 2.00) with an integrated kitchenette, and it has a private terrace with a nice overview over the whole finca. All apartments are equipped with the following: Central heating, SAT-TV. and Safe. The kitchens are equipped with a microwave, modern stove, lemon squeezer, electrical water heater, toaster, a coffee-machine and a fridge of course. All bathrooms have a bathtub with massage, hair dryer, bathrobe and bathslippers. The terraces have teak-furniture, umbrellas and deckchairs and each have a barbecue site. For all 3 units there is a heatable swimming pool, a sun deck/terrace with umbrellas and beautiful views and a private parking lot. Included also is a welcome package, fresh bread each day, welcome wine, charcoal for the barbecue and also firewood for the chimney in the apartment “LA BODEGA”. cleaning : entrance- and final cleaning included plus extra cleaning once a week.
