Location:
The house lies on a height of about 650 m outside of the borough of LA MATANZA; a little shop you will find in about 2km distance and the beach in about 5 km .
From the house you have a spectacular view to the sea , the mountains , the valley of Orotava and the houses of the neighbourhood.
The situation is very quiet and isolated where you can enjoy total intimacy, and on waking up the only thing you hear will be birds singing..
The house is a typical canarian 200 year old building .
The walls are made of stones and very thick . It lies in midst of a winery and has some special details like handmade furniture.
House facilities:
The house has one room, a bathroom and a living room with integrated kitchen.
The house is surrounded by a nice garden with a small swimming pool, a barbecue and parking.
