A former 19th century flour factory, warehouse, silos and a water mill. These facilities have been preserved, resulting in a modern and avant-garde style hotel. Rooms and facilities feature some of the building's original items, the machinery of the mill and timber ducts are visible in the restaurant, along with rooms, ceilings and original wooden grain elevators in some rooms. All surrounded by the peaceful River Ega and the tranquility of its gardens.
