This apartment complex is perfect situated, only 400 m away from the beach and the center. The units towards the south enjoy sun almost during the whole day. The Siam-Park is close to the hotel.

FACILITIES

The hotel has 139 living units divided over 7 floors, a restaurant with buffet and show-cooking and sitting terrace, Wi-Fi in the whole building against charge, internet corner (against charge) and a garden terrace. Satellite TV in reception area. Outside you will find a pool area with fresh water pool (can be heated in winter), sun beds and sun shades and a pool bar. As of winter 2014-15 there will be a new reception area with a bar service.

Studios

The studios are equipped with a kitchenette with fridge, toaster, water cooker, coffee machine, completed equipped bathroom, rental safe deposit, Wi-Fi against charge, satellite television with flat screen (some channels are free, others against charge) and balcony. Can also be booked for single use. As of 01.11.14 studios with pool view or sea view (upper floor) can be booked against extra charge. Minimum occupancy 2 adults – maximum occupancy 3 adults.

Studios Type B (only available in summer)

Only for persons +55 years. Equipped as the studios. Can only be booked with board. Minimum occupancy 2 adults – maximum occupancy 3 adults.
