LOCATION

Directly at the seaside, between Fañabe and La Caleta. The sandy beach  Playa del Duque is in about 5 minutes ´walk. Around the hotel there are some little shops and an official bus stop. The next golf course is about 2 km distance. To Playa de las Americas it´s about 7 km, to the south airport about 22 km.  

FACILITIES

The hotel has  284 rooms, a beautiful entrance hall with reception, a lobby bar, a buffet restaurant „El Parador „, 3 à la carte restaurants (La Venta – Spanish kitchen/ Kamakura – Japanese kitchen/ and the pool restaurant Vivace with Mediterranean food) and a pool bar.  The hotel is also a good business hotel with his business center “Link@Sheraton” with internet access and Wi-Fi (included). There are 10 conference rooms against charge and upon request. Outside you will find a beautiful garden with 2 fresh water pools (can be heated) and 1 sea water pool with a whirlpool island. Sun beds, matrasses and sun shades for free.

double rooms Deluxe

The elegant rooms are situated on the lower floors and are equipped with "Sweet Sleeper Beds" of the Sheraton brand, air conditioning,à la carte mini bar (extra charge and on request), direct dial telephone, satellite TV and a laptop safe with socket. They offer a large bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, hairdryer, toilet, iron and ironing board and the possibility to make coffee / tea. All rooms have wireless high-speed Internet access against charge and a furnished balcony or terrace.
Can also be booked for single use .Maximum occupancy 3 persons + cot or 2 +1 + cot.

Superior double rooms

As the double rooms, with lateral pool –or garden view or with lateral sea view. Can also be booked for single use. Maximum occupancy 3 persons + cot or 2 +1 + cot.

Premium double rooms

As the double rooms Deluxe, with sea view from the terrace. Can also be booked for single use. Maximum occupancy 3 persons + cot or 2 +1 + cot.

Club Room

As the double rooms Deluxe, additionally in the higher floors (3^rd, 4^th or 5^th floor) with sea view. Can also be booked for single use. Only on request.. Minimum occupancy  1 adult– maximum occupancy  2 adults + maximum 1 child or maximum 3 adults.

Club Lounge 

For the club rooms and deluxe suites, can be booked against extra charge and includes : exclusive breakfast at the sea water pool, soft drinks, coffee and tea during the whole day in the Club Lounge inclusive. Also in the Club Lounge homemade pastry in the afternoon, canapés and an election of alcoholic drinks in the evening. Daily newspaper, internet for free and flat screen television with international channels. Can only be booked on request. 

Deluxe suites   (on request)

A suite with separate living room with dining table and sitting corner, extra big terrace with lying chairs. Perfect located with sea view. All suites can be connected with other rooms through a connecting door.(on request). The service and the advantages of the “Club Lounge” can also be booked with this room type (on request). Maximum occupancy 4 adults + cot or maximum 2 adults + 2 children + cot.
