LOCATION

In Puerto Santiago situated, on the main road and less than 500 m distance from a black lava beach, the center with supermarkets and shops. Close to the hotel there is a bus stop (about 50m), small bars, restaurants and 1 shopping center.

FACILITIES

The complex has 78 apartments divided over 7 floors and offers a reception, elevators, television room, a restaurant, a bar and a snack bar. The pool is located on the 4^th floor with children´s pool and sun terrace with sun -beds and shades. Wi-Fi in the common areas (restaurant, reception, hall bar) for free.

ACCOMMODATION

Apartments

Tasteful decorated apartments with living room with sleeping couch, telephone, satellite TV , rental safe deposit, a kitchen, a separate bedroom, bath, WC and balcony. Sea view can be booked against extra charge. Can also be booked for single use.

Apartments with 2 bedrooms

Equipped as the apartments, but with a second bedroom. Sea view against extra charge. Minimum occupancy 4 persons – maximum 5 persons.

Apartments with 3 bedrooms (only in winter and on request)

Equipped as the apartments with 2 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 2 beds), but additionally with a third sleeping area (only 1 bed) and optically separated by a wall. This third room doesn´t have any furniture (closet). Sea view can be booked against extra charge. Minimum 5- maximum 7 persons.

BOARD

Only accommodation, breakfast, half board or full board.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet.
