Situated above the center of PUERTO DE LA CRUZ ; to the famous sea water Pools LAGO MARTIANEZ only approx 500m or 10 min walk away over stairs or road. After about a 10 min walk you reach shops and Restaurants in LA PAZ and the botanical garden.

Bookable with glassed balcony (extra payment ) , but also in lower level , no lift . Individual Use as type DEK
